It has been a week of milestones–Rivera got his 600th save, Wakefield got his 200th win and this is the 25th episode of A Fan Divided.
Here’s another positive, some day Mariano Rivera will retire and the Red Sox will rule the world. Unless…he doesn’t have a son, does he?
Want another one…take a look back at the post “When There’s a Will, There’s a Wake” from all the way back in May, when I was a little more optimistic about Wake being able to perhaps reach 192 wins this season, still it’s a great tribute to our knuckleballer.
Congratulations again Tim Wakefield and thank you!

I’m just holding on to that Tim Wakefield game because, as a Sox fan- not much else to hold onto right now!
So true, at least if nothing else we have that. What a great game! We’ll see what happens, if we can hold on and make it to the playoffs anything can happen.
